Let's write a perfect E-mail...

Today , we are going to write an E-mail correctly...



So, firstly we have to know about steps to do it easily.
Few steps are given bellow...


1. Use a professional email address

2. Stick to a professional font

3. Use a short and accurate subject line

4. Use a proper salutation


  • If you don't know the name of the person you're writing to, use a salutation like 
  • “Dear Sir/Madam,” “Dear Sir or Madam,” or “To whom it may concern.”
  • Do not use “Hello,” “Hey,” “Hi,” or other informal salutations.

5. Introduce yourself in the first paragraph (if necessary). 

6. Prioritize the most important information. 

7. Get to the point.

8. Keep it brief.

9. Use formal language. 

      Avoid things like:
  • Slang
  • Unnecessary contractions
  • Emoticons and emojis
  • Profanity
  • Jokes

10. Use a proper form of closing. 

  • "Yours sincerely,"
  • "Yours cordially,"
  • "Respectfully,"
  • "Best,"
  • “Your student,”

11. Include any necessary attachments.

12. Proofread your message for content, spelling, and grammar.

13. Make sure that the email does not contain any sensitive information.

When we have to describe a graph or chart...
firstly, we have to give an introduction..

in introduction, show...

  2. What is the data?
  3. What are the units of measurement used in the graph?
  4. Is there a period of time?
next we have to give an overview...
in overview, give a summary of the graph...

in the body ... describe all the details....!

  2. Biggest increase/decrease
  3. Volatile data
  4. Unchanging data
  5. Biggest majority/ minority (pie charts)
  6. Biggest difference/similarities
  7. Major trends
  8. Notable exceptions

Now we are going to describe a process.
Firstly, We have to give a introduction for the process.

  5.    where it starts and end.....
  6.    what are the main materials ...?
